My name is Heather Atwell, the Founder of Heal From Within and Chief Certified Health Coach as well as the Certified Holistic Cancer Coach Specialist.

I’m proud and honored to bring you Heal From Within with, my amazing team of Certified Health Coaches all certified by Dr. Sear’s Wellness Institute. We offer Transformational Health & Nutrition Health Coaching programs designed by myself incorporating Dr. Sears principals for people of all ages as well as corporate wellness programs.

Our mission is to help people across the globe to reach their ultimate potential in their life and to “Live Well”. Our health coaching programs are designed with the L.E.A.N. principals which are Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. These are the fundamental essentials to balance in a healthy way so we can prevent diseases before they start. Prevention is Power! Once you reach a point of disfunction in your body, disease is created.

I also specialize in Cancer as a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach trained by Dr. Susan Silberstein at the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education/BeatCancer.org. We believe that 90% of all cancers can be eliminated through environmental & lifestyle choices alone, and science agrees.

Our mission is to help people by providing research-based education on how to prevent, cope with, and beat cancer through diet, lifestyle and other immune-boosting approaches.
